Order Your "Love Them, Fix Them" Car Tag Today
Time is running out to preorder your
Spay/Neuter car tag. There must be at least 1,000 commitments by Oct.
31st, otherwise the tags will not be made available. 
To help meet the order requirements, Friends of Cats and Dogs Foundation has collected funds to cover the cost of tags for individuals who may not be able to afford them otherwise.
